Relationships are the arena where we connect with others the most and are touched the most. That’s exactly where my podcast comes in to love more To: It shows you that love isn’t a matter of fate, but something you can learn and practise. As a coach, trainer and facilitator in Berlin, I combine constellation work, bodywork and relationship coaching to help you with this. Here’s what you’ll take away from it:

1. Your nervous system is always at the table Many conflicts in a relationship have less to do with the issue itself than with the state of your body. When you’re stressed, your nervous system responds differently than when you feel safe. Many of these episodes focus on somatic self-regulation: recognising signals early on and calming yourself down before a conversation goes off the rails.

2. Relationship patterns have a history Why do you keep finding yourself in similar situations? Often, experiences from your family of origin tend to repeat themselves. Systemic constellation work brings such entanglements to light without assigning blame. Whether through family constellations, systemic constellations or individual work, you’ll come to recognise what belongs to you and what you’re free to let go of.

3. Love is not a quest for perfection Being authentic means embracing contradictions: closeness and freedom, playfulness and depth, longing and fear. In a podcast, it’s okay for things to feel unfinished, human and, at times, even a bit funny.

4. Good communication takes courage Say what’s on your mind, rather than expecting the other person to guess. You’ll find inspiration for conversations in which both of you are heard. That’s also the basis of my couples’ sessions.

5. Relationships have many facets Whether it’s a long-standing relationship, a fresh start, a break-up or the question of how to love yourself: there’s no single right way. The guests and topics show just how many different ways there are to experience love.

6. Change starts with you You cannot change the other person, but you can change your attitude, your reactions and your ability to allow closeness. This often brings a new dynamic to the relationship.

How to move forward The Podcast gives you inspiration for everyday life. If you’d like to explore this further, I’ll guide you personally:
