My constellation work is trauma-sensitive. I am not interested in psychodrama or grand productions, but rather in helping the representatives to reflect on their innermost feelings and stay with the impulses that are there. Constellation work therefore usually proceeds slowly.
I work with constellation elements, but not with ready-made forms, rather phenomenologically, with the field.
After a quiet preliminary discussion, the clients name their representatives, who then usually position themselves in the room or are positioned by the client.

Early childhood experiences of separation or trauma can often leave us feeling overwhelmed in the most unexpected situations, and this frequently manifests itself in intimate relationships. We then need a new space for relationships, where we can experience that the feelings associated with the split-off traumatic memories are held safely and can thus slowly soften and flow away. This is the work with Somatic Experience according to Peter Levine (SE).

The many couples – or rather, the many people in their complex relationship networks – that I have encountered in recent years have shown me so many different things. What have I learned from this? That I actually know nothing. And that is precisely where my strength as a therapist lies.
Many couples I work with live in some form of open relationship. I support every type of relationship.
My promise to everyone who comes to me is simple: I come from a place of not knowing. I don't have any ready-made answers. I don't know anything about your specific situation, but together we can open up a greater space of awareness in which the next best step for you can reveal itself.

I work with the knowledge and methods of systemic therapy and trauma therapy according to Peter Levine (SE).
I always integrate mindfulness, meditation and transparent communication into my courses - based on years of intensive practice with and from Thomas Hübl.
Group systemic constellations take place approximately once a month in Berlin.

In my couples' sessions, we involve the entire system of the couple and practise Transparent communication.
Depending on your wishes, I take a particularly gentle and attentive approach to topics that affect your intimacy in order to learn new forms of contact and touch.
